According to recent reports, Selena Gomez has listed her Los Angeles home on the market. The move comes just about a year after she bought a mansion with husband Benny Blanco in California. Priced around $6.5 million, the estate is located in Encino, a high-end neighborhood in Los Angeles. It sits inside a gated, private driveway in an exclusive enclave.
Moreover, the luxurious mansion has six bedrooms, a large estate-style layout, and a high privacy/security setup. Reportedly, late rock legend Tom Petty had owned the place before Gomez bought it. The estate also boasts a wine cellar, a media room, a massage suite, a glam room, a fully equipped gym, a dedicated workspace, and even a vocal booth.
As for the outdoors, the nearly one-acre grounds bring the wow factor with a waterfall and a stream flowing straight into the pool and spa. Furthermore, the estate has an astounding 10 baths and 11,500 square feet of living space.
At the time of writing, no official reason has been reported as to why the Who Says singer is selling the luxury pad. But some speculations suggest that her moving in with Blanco into the massive $35 million Beverly Hills mansion might just be the reason. That property is significantly larger and is likely their primary residence now.
In late April 2026, fabricated screenshots of an Instagram story made rounds on the internet. It claimed Selena was “single,” alongside unfounded allegations of infidelity. However, the singer seemingly shut down the rumors by sharing a series of personal photos, including ones with Blanco. She referred to herself as “Mrs. Blanco.”
Over the last few months, the couple have kept their relationship private for the most part. But they did made a joint appearance in public events such as this year’s Golden Globes Awards. Safe to say, the couple is going strong and settling down fully into their newer, more expensive estate.
