Meghan Markle just dropped the Easter content nobody knew they needed, and the internet has not recovered since.
Meghan Markle gives fans a rare peek at Archie and Lilibet
The Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram on April 5 to share a series of candid videos from the family’s Easter weekend at their Montecito home, and it was exactly the kind of wholesome glimpse fans have been waiting for.
Archie and Lilibet were seen racing through the sunny garden on egg hunt duty, baskets in hand, with the family dogs hot on their heels.
Lilibet, fully committed to the theme, was spotted wandering through the garden in bunny ears and clutching a stuffed rabbit, which is honestly the kind of detail that makes you want to close your laptop and just appreciate the moment.
Archie, meanwhile, was busy showing off some genuinely impressive egg decorating skills using a dinosaur-themed spinning device called the Dinomazing Egg Decorator. The boy has range.
There were also clips of Meghan herself rummaging around the chicken coop collecting eggs, followed by the whole family tending to their chickens, which is somehow both very normal and very Montecito at the same time.
She captioned the whole thing simply with “Happy Easter!” and left it at that.
Fans were quick to flood the comments with warmth. “These videos are adorable! Lili in her bunny ears having a blast hunting for eggs is exactly what Easter is all about,” one person wrote.
Another added, “Prince Harry and Meghan are really giving their children the best childhood they can. I will always applaud them for that.”
Just days earlier, Meghan had posted a video of Harry and Archie on a ski trip, captioning it “My boys. Quick learner, Archie! So proud,” so it has genuinely been a very good week for Sussex content.
For fans who have been following this family since they made the leap to California, watching Archie and Lilibet grow up through these small, quiet moments feels like exactly what it was always supposed to look like.
