If you thought The Boys skimps on profanity, think again. The latest episode from the season finale was beyond unhinged, and this time it had everything to do with Gary Busey. It even had the actor responding to the scene, and here’s what went down!
Gary Busey reacts to Soldier Boy’s three-way claim
Gary Busey’s son, Luke Busey, was seen in a clip of him reacting to Soldier Boy, played by Jensen Ackles, openly proclaiming he would have a three-way with Gary Busey in The Boys’ recent episode.
Busey’s son was watching the scene with his friends, one of whom happened to be Cameron Crovetti, who plays Ryan Butcher in the series.
Crovetti shared the clip on Instagram and captioned it saying “10/10 viewing experience” and tagged Luke Busey in the clip along with his other friends.
Gary Busey’s response to this was pure comedic gold as the actor commented on the clip, saying, “ Those were the days.” This had fans go on a real rampage where they left endless GIFs of Soldier Boy under the actor’s comment.
Busey is known for his roles in Eye of the Tiger, Lethal Weapon, Sharknado, Point Break, and so on. He is an esteemed actor who rose to fame back in the 80s and acted across various film genres, be it thriller, comedy, horror, or romance.
Circling back to the scene, this isn’t a first, considering Jensen Ackles did it back then in Supernatural, too. The guy has a thing for Busey, as some fans pointed out hilariously.
Ackles did the same in Season 11 of Supernatural in a scene where his character Dean Winchester tells his brother Sam that Gary Busey is reading his eulogy. Funnily enough, this seems to be like a running gag of some sort in Eric Kripke’s show as well.
Here, Soldier Boy nearly succumbed to the Supe Virus, but he did not die. He’s immune to it because of the V-1 running through his bloodstream. The character wakes up like it’s nothing and drops this banger of a line.
