As reported by People, Angelina Jolie is selling her LA estate for 30 million. The entire property has a mansion, which is fashioned in a Beaux-Arts flair, a pool, a tea house, a gym, a guest house, and a separate garage.
Before Jolie, this house was owned by the famed filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, who directed movies like The Ten Commandments, Samson and Delilah, Sunset Boulevard, Cleopatra, and so on.
DeMille owned the house until he died in 1959, and later on, it was managed mostly by his family until 1988. It was then purchased by Jolie back in 2017. The market value of the house, as some suggest, is approximately 30 million dollars. It was built back in 1917, and Jolie bought this shortly after her divorce from Brad Pitt.
People also reported that Jolie said she would leave the city after her kids turn 18. This is true for her kids, Knox and Vivienne, who would be 18 this July. It is also suggested that Jolie is planning to emigrate to Cambodia. These reports surfaced after her recent visit to the country on April 1.
In 2017, she purchased the jungle plots from the Khmer Rouge and owns several properties in the country. She currently owns approximately 60,000 hectares of land, which she plans on turning into a forest preserve.
The actress even admitted to how Cambodia completely changed her as a person in numerous interviews, especially at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where she said, “I may never have gone to Cambodia. I may never have met my son. I’m a number, I mean this would be the film that would have changed my health and my life, and um discovered that I could do things I didn’t know I could do, and I met a lot of lifelong friends.’
As of now, she has officially listed her mansion for sale for 30 million dollars.
