Trinity Bliss Responds to Jubilee Casting Speculation
Trinity Bliss spoke to The Direct at the 2026 Saturn Awards. The actress saw fan speculation online. She called playing Jubilee “really cool,” and then confirmed no offer was made, saying, “I have not been cast as Jubilee.”
Marvel Studios is set to reboot the X-Men as part of the MCU. The new film is scheduled for Phase 7, following 2027’s Avengers: Secret Wars. Jake Schreier is directing the project. Fans have debated potential casting, and Bliss has become a popular choice among them.
Trinity Bliss, in an interview with The Direct, said, “Oh my gosh. When I saw them, I was like, ‘Oh, that would be really cool.’ Like, ‘What do you know that I don’t?’ But I mean, I love the X-Men side of things, so that would be really cool. But, I have not been cast as Jubilee.”
The last actress who played Jubilee was Lana Condor in X-Men: Apocalypse. She was not an important character in those films. The reboot film will show more of her mutant powers, and Bliss was very excited about it. Trinity Bliss said that casting in Hollywood is very unpredictable. She said, “Manifest it.”
Moving forward, there are some other characters that she wants to play, apart from Jubilee. These include Gwen Stacy. She is interested in playing villains, too. Bliss is currently working on Little Wing and The Life of Chuck and returning as Tuk in Fire and Ash.
