Suits is probably one of the most popular legal TV series of all time. There was romance, tension, and possibly eyerolls behind the scenes. Patrick J. Adams would vouch for it, especially with his reveal about Megan Markle in a recent interview.
Suits actor Patrick J. Adams opens up on Meghan Markle’s eyerolls
Suits Actor Patrick J. Adams recently appeared on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast hosted by Amanda Hirsch. He spoke about Suits and, more specifically, Meghan Markle’s eye roll on his Instagram Bio.
“It must have been during the resurgence. It’s the sort of thing that, wherever Megan is, if she’s ever read that, she’s going, “‘Patrick. Eyeroll. Give me a break.” I got a lot of eyerolls. That was a constant with Meghan. Just a lot of rolling her eyes at me like Oh my God, what are you doing?
Hirsch then asked him if Markle said anything about the bio, to which he replied, “No. Never. Nothing.” This was in context to his hilarious Instagram bio that said “the other guy from that show that you’re watching on that app because that girl married that prince.”
This is a reference to Megan Markle’s marriage to Prince Harry and a playful take on that. Both Markle and Harry got married in 2018, and Adams was among the guests. He attended the wedding along with Gabriel Macht, Sarah Rafferty, and his wife, Troian Bellisario.
Adams even posted his wishes that were downright hilarious, come to think of it: “She said she was just goin out to get some milk… “Playing Meghan’s television partner for the better part of a decade uniquely qualifies me to say this: Your Royal Highness, you are a lucky man, and I know your long life together will be joyful, productive, and hilarious. Meghan, so happy for you, friend. Much love.”
Both Markle and Adams were cast as love interests in the show Suits, which went on to gain massive popularity for years to come. Markle shot to fame through her role in this legal drama, and Adams also gained his due recognition.
