Jasveen Sangha refers to an individual who supplies d—- to various residents of Los Angeles. She has been nicknamed KQ by prosecutors due to her involvement in the supply of several types of d—- to her clients. In relation to the death of Matthew Perry, Jasveen Sangha has pleaded guilty to several felony charges. This has caused her to spend up to fifteen years in prison.

Matthew Perry was found dead in his hot tub in Los Angeles. The autopsy results proved that he had died as a result of a KTM overdose. More findings proved that the source of the KTM that resulted in his death was not the KTM that he would receive for his treatment.

When pleading guilty to five charges, including maintaining a d—-involved premises, three counts of distributing KTM, and one charge of distribution resulting in death or serious bodily injury seven months ago, Jasveen Sangha received fifteen years in jail.

It is worth noting that Jasveen Sangha could get away with up to sixty-five years of imprisonment, as there is a statutory maximum prison sentence limit of twenty years. As per the prosecutor, on October 28, 2023, Jasveen Sangha conspired with Eric Fleming, Matthew Perry’s acquaintance, to sell fifty-one vials of KTM to Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry’s assistant, to administer it in his body.

It should further be highlighted that other individuals who were involved in the illegal distribution of d—- have also been sentenced, such as Sangha, Fleming, Iwamasa, Dr. Salvador Plasencia, and Dr. Mark Chavez.

As per the deal made by Jasveen Sangha, she had been illegally selling d— from her premises since 2019. Notably, initially, she refused the charges, but now she has agreed to give complete restitution to Perry according to the deal she made.
