10 Naruto Characters That Deserve To Be Hated

10. Kaguya Ōtsutsuki

As the final villain of Naruto Shippuden, Kaguya's abrupt introduction felt like a plot twist that came out of nowhere, effectively sidelining the much-hyped Madara Uchiha. Fans found her a bland antagonist with little personal motivation beyond her desire for chakra.

9. Rasa (Fourth Kazekage)

Gaara's father is widely hated for sealing the One-Tails into his infant son, which led to Gaara's tortured childhood and multiple assassination attempts on his own child when the sealing process failed. He is considered one of the worst anime fathers.

Though she develops into a strong medical ninja, her early character is widely criticized for being essentially "useless" in combat, her treatment of Naruto (mocking him for being an orphan), and her toxic obsession with Sasuke, even after he repeatedly tried to kill her.
