In his interview with Rotten Tomatoes, Karl Urban hyped up the final season of The Boys. He said, “This season is going to shock a lot of people. There is—nobody is safe, and Butcher, this season is just a guided missile, and you better stay out of his way. He’s the most powerful, gnarly version of the character yet, but most powerful physically and most, mentally, the smartest version.“

The final season is most anticipated, especially since it will premiere after almost two years. This has been a recurring pattern in the series, with seasons mostly delayed by strikes and the pandemic. Urban will return to the series as his iconic character, Billy Butcher. His comments on Butcher being a missile are also spot-on for various reasons.

Meanwhile, Billy Butcher and the team must use the Supe virus to stop him. They must work together to put an end to the chaos unleashed by The Homelander.
