The latest preview for Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is causing a buzz among fans, especially since the storyline is reaching a critical point. The second season is heightening the stakes in the mysterious island where death row inmates search for the elixir of life. The upcoming episode is set to feature a huge fight scene and the backstory of the Tensen, the powerful entities in the series.
Tensen’s plan finally begins unfolding
What is interesting, however, is that the preview of Episode 9 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku hints at the possibility that Tensen might finally reveal their master plan. This is because in the latest episode, Ju Fa and Tao Fa use Kishikai, then combine into a single entity. This means that Aza Chobei and the others must unite to face this new, terrifying opponent. On the other hand, Sagiri Yamada Asaemon, and Mei arrive at the Rendan Palace, anticipating a battle with Rien, but instead face Gui Fa, who reveals shocking information about the true intentions of Tensen.
This is a significant moment in the storyline, especially since Tensen has been a mystery throughout the series. Their plans and the mysteries surrounding the island have been slowly revealed, but it seems that Episode 9 is ready to take the storyline a step further.
In the preview, the focus is once again on the growing threat that the surviving characters face. As the enemies become stronger, even the strongest of fighters find it hard to keep up with the growing threats on the island.
Gabimaru, the deadly shinobi who was once considered the strongest fighter from Iwagakure, remains the focus of the story. After being sent to death row, he accepted the dangerous mission of finding the Elixir of Life in exchange for freedom and the chance to be reunited with his wife.
But the island proves to be more dangerous than expected for the characters. The weird creatures, powerful enemies, and the mysterious Tensen continue to pose a challenge for the surviving characters.
Again directed by MAPPA, the anime series is an adaptation of the manga series written by Yuji Kaku. Episode 9 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is set for release on March 8 and will be available worldwide on Crunchyroll.
