Zendaya is currently on a promotional run for her film The Drama. As a result, her schedule is jam-packed, leaving her with little personal downtime, one of which includes missing out on attending American rapper Cardi B’s concert. Now, Cardi B has extended a personal invite to her on X.

Cardi B wants Zendaya “in the building”

Zendaya has a jam-packed schedule in 2026. She is currently promoting The Drama alongside Robert Pattinson. This will be followed by two films: Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey. Furthermore, she will then be on a promotional stint for one of the biggest franchise films of all time, releasing in December—Dune: Part Three. Safe to say, she is juggling back-to-back commitments, fully booked with hardly a moment to spare.

In an interview with Vogue, the actress revealed that due to scheduling conflicts, she missed out on Cardi B’s Little Miss Drama Tour. When Pattinson asked the Dune star what the last concert she attended was, she replied, “I was supposed to go to the Cardi B concert, which I was very excited about, but I couldn’t make it.”

“So, that sucks,” Zendaya added, before saying, “So I watched it in my brain.”

Her comments came to Cardi B’s notice, and it seems like she is ready to go out of her way to make arrangements for her to attend the show. “Now wait a minute… we gotta get my girl in the building!!” she tweeted on X. So, the window of opportunity is not completely closed for Zendaya if the American hip hop artist can make something happen.

Cardi B’s ongoing Little Miss Drama tour runs across North America, with around 35 shows booked to support her album Am I the Drama?. The shows are already going viral for surprise guests, high-energy performances, and big productions.

Notably, Zendaya and Cardi B have interacted before in a joint interview for CR Fashion Book. Thus, there’s already a level of mutual awareness and respect—it’s not a random crossover. Zendaya’s admiration for Cardi B proves even global stars still have fangirl moments, too.
